Philosophy
My core philosophy in nutrition is to love what you eat. The application of my core philosophy flows into my practice by utilizing principles of intuitive eating, Health at Every Size and the achievement of wellness from a mindful, root cause approach. It is a way of eating that does not include rigid meal plans or restrictive discipline. It does include discovering satisfaction with food. It is navigating your individual strengths and sensitivities and following your internal cues or signals like hunger and fullness that are present in the body
Personalized Nutrition
This shift to eating well doesn’t always come easily or quickly. It is part of a lifelong process in sustaining physical and psychological health and wellness. It can be more difficult if you have something else going on such as poor body image, an eating disorder, digestive problems, or another problem. Know that Sol Nutrition & Wellness can work with you to reach your specific desires and goals with personalized nutrition counseling
